GENERAL CAMP SCHEDULE - schedule may vary depending on weather and rider ability level.
8:00-8:15am      Riders Arrive
8:15-8:45am      Groom and Saddle Horses
8:45-10:00am    Riding Lesson
10:00-10:30am  Break and Snack
10:30-11:30pm  Riding Lesson/Trail/Games  (beginner riders (session 3 & 6)will take split (3 person) trail rides)
11:30-12:00pm  Unsaddle/Rinse horses & Put away/Clean Barn/Change Clothes
12:00-2:45pm    Lunch/Crafts/Horse Knowledge (out of heat: inside or in the barn)
2:45-3:00pm      Hang out with Horses/Clean Barn/Parent Pick-up

8:00-8:15am      Riders Arrive
8:15-9:00am      Groom/Saddle/Braid Horses
9:00-9:30am      Horse Show Warm Up
9:30-11:00         Horse Show
11:00-11:30       Untack/Rinse Horses/Put away horses
11:30-1:00         Lunch and Crafts
1:00-2:00pm      Water Activity 
2:00-3:00pm      Dry off/Change/Snack
3:00-3:30pm      Drive to Waxhaw Tack Exchange and Carolina Country Store
3:30-5:00pm      Tack Stores
5:00- 5:30pm     Drive home
5:30-7:00pm      Dinner & Change to Ride
7:00-7:30pm      Groom and Tack
7:30-9:00pm      Trail and Ring Ride (we have arena lights this year)
9:00-9:30pm      Untack & Put away horses/Change/Feed Horses
9:30-11:00pm    Movie
11:00                  Bed

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO OPERATE?
Ever wonder where the money goes?  Each time you take a lesson this is where you can be sure your money is going.
We thank you for your support!

Monthly Expenses
$1500+  Mortgage per month
$1000   Grain for horses, doesn't include hay (amount of grain more than doubled, due to drought)  per month
$300     Shoes/trims for horses per month
$225     Farm Insurance per month
Yearly Expenses
$1500   Routine Vet every year  (shots/Coggins only)
$4000  Average Emergency Vet every year
$4000  Hay - with bales costing $2-4 per bale (Not drought Prices that's $6.50 - 7.50 per bale)

There are many other things that I would like to do for the horses and for the farm, but they will have to wait until things get better!
